7. Shipping and Delivery

HYPSTR currently ships orders within South Africa.

Available shipping methods, delivery charges, and estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated during checkout or through relevant order communications.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to fulfil orders and communicate material delivery issues.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional arrangements may be necessary if a delivery cannot be completed because the information supplied is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable.

Any additional charges will be handled in accordance with the information disclosed at checkout and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any legal rights you may have concerning delayed, missing, or undelivered goods.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of the terms applicable to purchases made through our store.

HYPSTR offers a voluntary 14-day change-of-mind return period for eligible unused products, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Products returned under this voluntary policy must meet the applicable eligibility requirements. These may include being unused, complete, and in their original condition.

Different rules may apply to defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed products.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits any cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or other right that you have under South African law.

RC vehicles and their accessories must be used responsibly and in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's instructions.

Use suitable chargers and batteries recommended for the product.
Do not charge damaged batteries or leave charging batteries unattended where the manufacturer's instructions advise against it.
Keep batteries away from excessive heat, water, and physical damage.
Keep small components away from young children where they may present a choking hazard.
Operate vehicles in appropriate locations and avoid endangering people, animals, or property.
Follow applicable local rules concerning the use of RC vehicles, including any relevant restrictions on radio-controlled aircraft or drones.

You must not use our products in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with their intended purpose.

These safety provisions do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
